The location was magnificent and gorgeous, by the seafront, and my bed was big. There was a huge variety of great meals. The staff was superbly friendly, gentle, and responded promptly to requests.
As for me, the area was quite dirty.

Had very good and adequate breakfasts with the sausages and poached eggs, for instance in the restaurant. It was a contemporary building, the room was fairly quiet and very specious on level 5. The hotel was set in a remote area close to a tower, a hill like many hotels in the area, and Fanabe beach.
It had very small beds, maybe it was bad luck.

All in all everything was second to none, had a really nice stay for the great vacation. It was airy, silent and on level 2. The setting was magnificent and gorgeous, just off the sea shore via shopping centre, the shopping centre down the hill and Italian a la Carte restaurant. I ate at the à la carte restaurant near the hotel.
Views appeared to be nothing special.

New-fashioned and silent room with big beds, a well stocked fridge, a great size balcony, and a coffeemaker. The location excellent and stunning right across the bay to Las Americas. The hotel's position was magnificent, away from the more busier area of Playa De Las Americas. My deluxe room with optional breakfast, aircon, for instance was beautifully maintained and extremely pleasant. The breakfast was inclusive and offered a wide range of outstanding food.
Facilities were reasonable, however Wi-Fi was bad.

Everything was second to none, loved our very pleasant stay. Our twin room was equipped with a laptop safe, a mini bar and an iron. Fully equipped bathrooms, that included a walk-in shower. The location was magnificent, within walking distance of San Miguel I. Stayed here for a honeymoon, nothing too much trouble.
